Our Story
Opened in 2023 by the group behind Cordo Resto Bar, Stills Co. was built to distil high quality spirits and serve first-rate cocktails. Our working distillery and kitchen book-end the bar keeping spirits high and stomachs full. Local botanicals and ingredients are forever present in our drinks and menu items.
Our welcoming space is an industrial take on the modern cocktail bar with a variety of comfortable seating options and a patio for the warmer months. Serving tapas and drinks from lunch through late-night, we’ve got our guests covered whatever their schedule or palate requires.
