Short Rib Poutine


Shredded Chop N Block short rib, gruyere cheese, shoestring fries, scallions, braising demi, and balsamic glaze.

Stills Co. Steak & Side


Marinated “Chop N’ Block” flank steak, charred Brussels sprout slaw, and liquid gold local beer butter for dipping. Comes with choice of fries or cirspy Brussels sprouts.

Chicken Croquettes & Soup


Crispy rolls breaded and fried, filled with spiced squash, potato, shredded chicken, scallions, and shaved parmesan. Served with a cup of Chef’s daily soup.

Ginger Belly & Brussels


Crispy 3-hour braised pork belly, ginger soya glaze, garlic shiitake puree, grilled scallions chili oil pork rinds, and pickled pear. Served with crispy truffled Brussels sprouts, toasted walnuts, sundried tomato, shaved parmesan, and salt and pepper aioli.
